Home Inspect New England follows the InterNACHI Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics. As part of that membership, clients may be eligible for the InterNACHI Buy Back Guarantee program, which is administered by InterNACHI and subject to InterNACHI's published terms, conditions, limitations, and eligibility requirements.
About the Program
What Is the InterNACHI Buy Back Guarantee?
The InterNACHI Buy Back Guarantee is a program offered by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). Under the program, InterNACHI agrees to buy back a home that was inspected by an InterNACHI member inspector if the buyer is not satisfied with the home within 90 days of the inspection.
The program is designed to give home buyers additional confidence in the inspection process. The terms and conditions of the program are established by InterNACHI and are subject to change. Eligibility requirements apply.

How It Works
Program Overview
Schedule a Home Inspection
Contact Home Inspect New England to schedule a home inspection. The inspection must be performed by an InterNACHI member inspector.
Receive Your Inspection Report
After the inspection, you will receive a written report documenting observations of the home's readily accessible systems and components.
Buy the Home
Purchase the home. The buy-back guarantee is valid for 90 days after the inspection date.
If You Are Not Satisfied
If you are not satisfied with the home within 90 days of the inspection, InterNACHI will buy the home back at the original purchase price, subject to program terms and eligibility requirements.
Eligibility
Eligibility Requirements
- The home must be inspected by an InterNACHI member inspector.
- The inspection must be performed in accordance with InterNACHI's Standards of Practice.
- The buy-back offer is valid for 90 days after the inspection.
- The home must be listed for sale and not under contract at the time of the buy-back request.
- The buy-back price is the original purchase price of the home, not including closing costs or improvements.
