Dan Gerade holds a Rhode Island Home Inspector license (HI-44307) issued by the Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation. All inspections are performed in accordance with Rhode Island licensing requirements.
WDO Inspections Available
Dan is authorized to perform Wood Destroying Organism (WDO) inspections under his RI Commercial Applicator License – Category 7B Termite & Structural Pest (License No. CP-CL-000677). WDO inspections are often required by lenders and are an important part of the home buying process.
