Reviewing a sample report before your inspection helps you understand what to expect and how to use the findings.
About the Report
What Clients Receive
After every inspection, clients receive a written report documenting observations of the home's readily accessible systems and components. The report is delivered digitally. Most inspection reports are completed within 48 hours of the inspection. Larger, more complex properties or inspections requiring additional research may require additional time.
Reports are written to be understood and used. Findings are described in plain language, supported by photos, and organized so clients can quickly identify what was observed and what it means.
Reviewing a sample report before your inspection is a good way to understand the format, the level of detail, and how to read the findings.
